The Grandeur
The resultA sold-out stage play, and an events group with a clear offer to sell after it.

The challenge
The Grandeur had just reopened. The group around it had grown to three brands, and none of them had a clear answer to the question every buyer asks first: what exactly can I book here?
A rebuilt space is only worth what it earns. The job was to make the offer easy to buy and get people through the door.
The assumption
"A beautiful space will sell itself."
Every brief has one. It's the belief nobody checked, and it's usually what's costing the most.
The play
We started with the offer. Everything The Grandeur sells now sits in four pillars: Corporate, Celebrations, Experiences and Circle. The Vantage Barn became its sister brand and GMT Rentals sits alongside, so a buyer can see the whole group at a glance.
Then we put the plan to work. A marketing plan with a calendar for the year, the website copy, a rate card and brochure, a monthly newsletter, and content across the group's channels.
The test came in August. We promoted The Art Collective's stage play at The Vantage Barn, The Divorce of Ochol and Lawino. Every seat went.
